Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable transport and courier agencies to deliver your orders. However, FlashingBy shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information. If we need to reship an order due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the re-shipping charges and any related fines or penalties.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your orders within approximately 4-6 working days from the date of shipment. All orders are dispatched using trusted carriers and are home-delivered to your doorstep.

Shipping Address

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete shipping address, including the pin code or zip code. Your billing address should match the address where you receive your credit card bills, while the shipping address is where we will deliver your order.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges

If a size issue arises due to the customer's fault or dissatisfaction with the product quality, the customer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping charges.

Our Preferred Courier Partners

FlashingBy uses the services of esteemed transport and courier agencies, including Fedex, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Dotzot. These agencies deliver within 48-72 hours to major cities in India.

Alternate Shipping Options

If you wish to explore other shipping options, please contact us at helpflashingby@gmail.com. We may provide special quotes for shipping, particularly for large merchandise orders, upon request.

Split Shipments

In the case of multiple orders, you may receive them separately based on product availability and shipping locations.

All our products are shipped from India.

Refund and Returns Due to Shipping Delays

FlashingBy will not provide refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges solely for shipping delays caused by the carrier agency. However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit that you can use for future orders.

Delay Notification

If your order is delayed due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues, FlashingBy will inform you via email.

Shipment Time

The estimated shipment time provided on our website for each product is indicative and subject to change. To get an accurate estimate, please email us with your order number or item codes.

We make every effort to process orders within 24-48 hours of placement. The expected delivery time is 4-6 business days under ideal conditions.

Transit Risk

All orders shipped by FlashingBy are fully insured at no additional cost to customers. In the event of a lost order during transit, FlashingBy will reprocess the order. However, we are not responsible for lost packages during transit or any damages to packaging once the carrier agency has delivered it to the address provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Shipment

FlashingBy will provide shipment details via email alerts once the package is handed over to the carrier agency. The email alerts will include the transport/courier agency website details, tracking number, and expected delivery date. You can use this information to monitor the status of your package.

Please note that tracking numbers for shipped orders may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the carrier agency's websites.

Request for Address Change

If you need to change your postal address, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email to helpflashingby@gmail.com.

Ready to Ship Section

Our Ready to Ship Section allows you to place last-minute orders, ensuring delivery within the next 4-6 business working days.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet our shipment timeframes, delays may occur due to situations beyond our control. In such cases, we do not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges. However, we may provide benefits like store credit for future orders or free gifts on a case-by-case basis.
