In instances where prices are displayed incorrectly on www.flashingby.com due to technical errors, FlashingBy reserves the right to void the action. Payments already made will be promptly refunded.

Prices and Shipping Fees

The prices listed on the product page at the time of your order on www.flashingby.com are applicable to your order. These prices do not include taxes, and the final price (inclusive of taxes) will be displayed on the shopping cart page.

Payments

FlashingBy does not assume any sourcing risk, especially for purchases based on descriptions. We are only obligated to ship from existing stock or stock ordered from suppliers.

In cases of force majeure, shipping duration may increase reasonably. Force majeure includes events such as strikes, official interventions, energy or resource shortages, and business disruptions like fire or water damage to machinery, lightning, or unforeseeable business complications for which FlashingBy cannot be held responsible. Any commencement and end of such shipping delays will be promptly communicated by FlashingBy.

FlashingBy reserves the right to cancel the contract if delivery fails due to the customer's fault. Payments already made will be refunded, or store credit will be issued, depending on the circumstances.

We request that you promptly inform the delivery personnel and FlashingBy of any obvious transport damage. This does not affect your warranty rights but assists FlashingBy in making claims against suppliers.

All mentioned delivery times apply after order confirmation from us. For Cash on Delivery orders, this confirmation occurs after we have called and confirmed the order from your end. If the customer does not confirm the order after this, FlashingBy reserves the discretion to cancel the order.
